Made to Order

Every piece is made to your measurements. Production takes about four weeks from the day your measurements are confirmed. We will email you with tracking as soon as your piece ships.

Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau

Free delivery by SF Express. Usually 1 to 3 days.

Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand

Tracked express delivery by DHL Express or SF International. Usually 3 to 5 working days. Shipping: US$20 per order.

United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the UAE, Australia and New Zealand

Tracked express delivery by DHL Express or SF International. Usually 5 to 8 working days. Shipping: US$40 per order.

If you shop in another currency, prices and shipping are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, any import duties and taxes for your country are calculated and paid at checkout. There is nothing more to pay when your piece arrives.

Sending a Piece Back to Us

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will give you our address and instructions, including how to mark the parcel as “returned for alteration/repair” so that you are not charged import duty again. See our Return and Refund Policy.
